Each month, you can find on our blog a summary of the news brought to the Mobility Work CMMS (computerized maintenance management system). Our teams mainly spent the last few weeks focusing on securing the app. At the same time, we are announcing several new features!

Thanks to recent deployments, our checklists have been improved. You can create as many as necessary and then add them to your tasks to detail all of your maintenance operations. This helps you strive for better organization. Therefore, it is nowadays possible to use over 30 steps per checklist.
We are also continuing to improve the functionality, and new options will arrive in the coming weeks.
EASILY FIND YOUR EQUIPMENT
Following feedback from our user community, we have improved the search for equipment. Now when the search results are displayed, spare parts and equipment appear separately. In addition, these results are now presented in the form of a table, which you can sort, download, filter, etc.
FIND YOUR SUPPLIERS IN THE CMMS
The Mobility Work maintenance management platform allows its users to find the suppliers they want within just a few clicks. Their profiles and products are accessible from the Supplier catalogs or search menu.
Users already had the possibility to duplicate the pieces of equipment that interest them, to consult their technical documents and to contact, if necessary, the suppliers registered in the CMMS.
USE THE DASHBOARD TO ANALYZE YOUR MAINTENANCE KPIS
Go to the Dashboard menu to get an overview of all your maintenance data. Whether you need information relating to the operating time of your machines, your teams, the most common operations, etc.: this tool sums up all the data you need to deliver balance sheets and adapt your maintenance strategy.
Thanks to the new features available in your CMMS, the filter panel has been improved and you now have an “and/or” option on users and labels. This function has been added in order to obtain more precise results.
This makes it much easier for you to use the dashboard and collect the data you really need.
