As sales manager you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to building a new vertical at Mobility Work. We are looking for someone who has the grit and motivation to join the entrepreneurial adventure.

What you will directly contribute to:

Building B2B sales processes

Building the right pipeline, prioritize efforts

Doing cold calls, outbound marketing, and convert leads into new accounts

Understanding needs of the customers, communicating them to other teams in Mobility Work

Identify sales partners

Qualifications

What you will need to be successful:

2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably SaaS models, preferably in a startup

strong communication and negotiations skills

ability to work with data to define priorities, actionable insights, and present results

eagerness to work in constant changing startup environment

high-energy, humble and motivated by innovation and constant change

English speaking, good level of spanish
