CMMS news: checklists and hourly rates | August 2020

Each month, find on our blog a summary of the news brought to the CMMS software (computer-aided maintenance management) Mobility Work. During the month of July our teams developed new functionalities, in order to to improve the web interface of your community platform. So, starting this month, you will have the possibility to add the hourly rate of your technicians, to print your checklists and to discover brand new tutorials!

Printing your checklists in your CMMS

The month of June was devoted to improving checklists. Recognizing their importance, we continued to develop these throughout the month of July: on the web version of your Software of GMAO, it is now possible to print your checklists. Thus, you can take them directly to the field and follow the evolution of your tasks in real time.

To do this, simply open a checklist by going to the “Tasks” tab, and click on the Printer icon at the top right of the bubble.

Add the hourly rate of technicians to your CMMS

Always in a desire to facilitate the work of your maintenance teams on a daily basis, you now have the opportunity, within your GMAO, to add the hourly rate of your technicians.

This new feature promotes the transparency necessary for the successful completion of tasks and activities. It also allows for better organization and therefore more efficiency.

To add the hourly rate for your technicians, go to the “Colleagues” menu in your CMMS.

Your tutorials on the Mobility Work website

Every month we inform you about the new features available on your software GMAO. Be aware that if you have any doubts or questions about your maintenance management platform, you can find all our tutorials explanations directly on the Mobility Work website.

These allow you to discover the community platform step by step and to better visualize the various functionalities available.
