The Mobility Work CMMS application allows you to connect anonymously to a community of users experiencing the same problems on the same equipment. We can then find exchanges and information concerning:

• equipment (problem, maintenance plan, etc.);
• interventions (solution to the problem encountered);
• documents (manufacturer documentation, electrical diagram, photo, video, etc.);
• manufacturers or service providers (rating, etc.).

The objective of Mobility Work is to promote the sharing of best practices through a CMMS application that is easy and simple to use. However, the choice whether or not to share your information (documents, interventions, equipment) with the community is up to you.

Different levels of privacy

If you have a confidential asset and don't want to share it with others in the community Mobility Work, simply change the visibility of your equipment to make it accessible only to your network. Choose the visibility mode of your choice among the 3 levels of confidentiality available to you: my factory, my industrial group, or the community.

• My factory — 1 network;
• My industrial group — Several factories;
• The community — Public information.

The first level, “My Factory”, is the equivalent of a completely private network for your company (or subsidiary if you are part of a group). No information is accessible to people outside of this network; however, users of this network can access public information in the community.

The second level corresponds to a group of companies, an association of several networks of the same industrial group. The information in your CMMS is then visible only to the people who are part of this group. Before talking about community, the exchange between different companies from the same entity can be a good start, and is often cited as one of the quick benefits of Mobility Work CMMS users.

The third level corresponds to public visibility, for the entire Mobility Work maintenance community, i.e. all users of the CMMS software.

Benefit from the power of community

Today, more than 80% of Mobility Work equipment is accessible to these various users. Indeed, maintenance managers and site managers who use Mobility Work are for the most part eager to share their experience with other industrial players who encounter the same problems as them on a daily basis. However, the names of industrial sites as well as the names of the persons are not accessible to the various users in order to be able to protect users and privatize certain data contained in the Mobility Work CMMS.
