CMMS news: search for a checklist by keywords and analytical templates | June 2021

Each month, find on our blog a summary of the news brought to Mobility Work's CMMS software. This month, we are presenting a new checklist search bar, as well as Excel templates for personalized analysis of your maintenance data.

Search for a checklist by keywords

As you asked us, a search bar is now available in the “checklist” menu of your application, found in the left column. With this search bar, you can search for a specific checklist by keywords.

Perform a personalized analysis of your maintenance data

Following numerous exchanges between our customers and our teams, we have created templates in XLS format to allow you to perform a personalized analysis of your maintenance data, but also to transmit them to departments in your company that would not use Mobility Work.

To download these templates, simply go to the Help menu, at the top right of your application, and click on the Resources tab. You will then have access to various maintenance data analysis templates and instructions to use them easily.

You will thus be able, among other things, to make Pareto analysis of your data according to various criteria, or export a list of tasks or activities, for example to communicate it to a service provider outside the company.

The templates already available are as follows:

• Get a to-do list
• Get a list of activities
• Compare attendance time and response time (hours entered)
• Perform a Pareto analysis of the number of tasks
• Perform a Pareto analysis of response times
• Perform a Pareto analysis of the number of activities
