CMMS news: suppliers and analytical tool | August 2019

Each month, find on our blog a summary of the news brought to the CMMS software (computer-aided maintenance management) Mobility Work. In August, our teams focused on the official catalogs tool, who allows each user to access machines, services or consumables put forward by manufacturers and suppliers in the software.

We are also working on improving other functionalities, such as the search filter panel or the analytical tool, an essential tool to optimize your industrial maintenance.

CMMS and industrial suppliers

The main novelty of August is devoted to official catalogs, an emblematic feature of Mobility Work that connects maintenance professionals with suppliers and manufacturers of machines and consumables.

Thanks to Mobility Work Hub, these industrial suppliers can offer you all their references directly in your CMMS software. All you have to do is search or go to the Tasks or Reports tabs to access the products put forward by companies in your sector and find the one that will meet your needs.

These references are displayed in the official catalogs, on the right side of your screen: you can update the results to show more products. There, with the “Copy to my equipment” option, you duplicate a product in a few seconds to add it to your fleet and gain efficiency in the field. You will also be able to find, for each machine or product, all the technical documentation made available by the supplier.

Also, go to the Companies tab to view, in the Official Suppliers column, all the manufacturers and suppliers who are present in Mobility Work and who make their products available to you. You have the possibility, thanks to the Contact button, to contact them directly by email if you encounter the slightest difficulty or if you want to ask them a question about one of their products or services.

Graphic redesign of the date filter

Your search filter panel will change in the coming weeks. Our teams have already carried out a graphic redesign of the latter since new filter options will soon be available.

Mobility Work CMMS allows operators and technicians to be autonomous: creation of tasks, maintenance plans, notifications for each new activity...

For example, you will be able to filter search results based on the date a task was created to more easily find the information you need. The objective is to allow you greater flexibility in the field so as not to slow you down in your operations.

New charts in the dashboard

Thirdly, our teams continue to develop the Dashboard, which brings together in the form of graphs all your maintenance data to allow you to analyze them and adapt your industrial maintenance strategy accordingly.

Thus, in the Number of tasks menu of the analytical tool, you will find a graph corresponding to the 10 keywords most used by technicians in your network or factory. Finally, if you go to the Number of activities menu, you can access the graph of the 10 most completed tasks, which allows you to see what recurring difficulties you may encounter on your machines.
