A CMMS for maintenance education

As part of the reform of the Bac Pro MEI (Maintenance of Industrial Equipment), which became Bac Pro MSPC (Maintenance of Connected Production Systems), the use of a CMMS for maintenance management is now an integral part of mandatory courses. Vocational high school teachers and trainers in general must therefore have a CMMS software to train their students in Computer-Assisted Maintenance Management.

As a continuation of its collaborative approach at the service of the maintenance community, Mobility Work decided to support the teaching and training of future maintenance professionals by creating a educational license. Training managers, teachers and trainers can thus benefit from a free access to the Ultimate version of the CMMS application for themselves but also for their students.

Education professionals: ask for your free licenses!

Mobility Work, a CMMS software adapted to education

To respond effectively to the needs of teachers, A CMMS must be both economical, easy to use and versatile. Mobility Work combines these three characteristics.

Mobility Work's educational license

Mobility Work is a CMMS solution that has chosen since its creation to adopt a collaborative and community approach, with the aim of providing maintenance professionals with a versatile, efficient and accessible tool that allows:

  • of make the task easier maintenance technicians;
  • Ofimprove communication within the maintenance teams and with the company's other departments;
  • of simplify exchanges between customers and suppliers of spare parts and maintenance services;
  • of promote the sharing of experience and information between maintenance actors.

So it is logical that Mobility Work has chosen to support maintenance education by offering education professionals a educational license to offer them and their students free access to the full version of its CMMS application.

Teachers will thus be able to use with their students a complete CMMS adapted to the maintenance of today and tomorrow.

An intuitive and ergonomic CMMS

The Mobility Work CMMS application was designed based on everyday applications. Its use is therefore very intuitive and anyone can learn to use it quickly, without prior training.

She proposes all the functionalities expected of a CMMS :

  • creating requests for intervention;
  • entering intervention reports;
  • management of spare parts stocks;
  • creation and management of maintenance plans;
  • management of individual and team schedules;
  • analysis of maintenance activities (cost, time, Pareto, etc.);
  • creating automated tasks.

A CMMS adapted to all sectors of activity

Although born in the heart of the industrial sector, Mobility Work CMMS meets the needs of maintenance professionals from all sectors of activity. It is now used:

A new generation CMMS to prepare for the future

For teachers, choosing Mobility Work to teach CMMS allows them to effectively prepare their students for the future. Indeed, the application has all the functionalities intended to become widespread in the coming years:

  • possibility of Scan QR codes and bar codes to quickly identify equipment;
  • researching by keywords of a machine, a spare part or an activity;
  • entering information by Dictaphone ;
  • possibility of attach all types of documents (images, videos...) to equipment sheets.

In addition, Mobility Work CMMS software allows numerous integrations and can be connected to other computer tools : ERP, MES, IoT, etc. This makes it possible to collect and analyze a maximum of data in order to make the most of it and to give it value.

Finally, this application promotes pooling of skills thanks to its community functioning in the manner of a real social maintenance network. Different maintenance actors, professionals, teachers, teachers, students or apprentices can thus come into contact and exchange knowledge and good maintenance practices.

The new Bac Pro Maintenance of Connected Production Systems (MSPC)

The Bac Pro MSPC is the result of the renovation of the Bac Pro MEI (Maintenance of Industrial Equipment). This new diploma was created to take into account the significant changes that the hardware industry has undergone in recent years, with the increasing use of computer tools: robotics, cobotics, artificial intelligence, CMMS, etc.

Training multi-skilled maintenance professionals

The MSPC Pro Bac is intended to train versatile professionals whose main objective is to limit the rate of failure or unavailability of systems, regardless of the type of anomaly, by using all technological or human means and all the knowledge at its disposal. The maintenance technician is the guarantor of the availability of equipment and its improvement, so that it performs its intended functions throughout its life cycle.

A framework adapted to current and future maintenance

The new MSPC Bac Pro framework aims to adapt to maintenance activities in their current characteristics. Although maintenance is now mainly preventive or corrective, it is increasingly oriented towards conditional maintenance (forecast or not forecast) and to thecontinuous improvement. In the future, the planning and forecasting of interventions will therefore be increasingly optimized, thus making it possible to reduce corrective maintenance.
