How the startup Pazzi is professionalizing its maintenance thanks to Mobility Work CMMS

Pazzi is a startup that manufactures and markets robots capable of making pizza. To professionalize its maintenance, it chose to adopt Mobility Work CMMS. Didier Rascle, Works and Maintenance Manager at Pazzi Software, explained his approach to us in our last webinar.
The challenges of maintenance for food robotics
Pazzi Software is a startup that designed the first autonomous restaurant in the world, thanks to an incredible invention: a pizza robot! Each robot, made up of several modules, constitutes by itself a small production line for agri-food products. The impeccable maintenance of this tool therefore represents a major challenge for each autonomous restaurant.
Why did Pazzi choose Mobility Work CMMS
The startup Pazzi decided to adopt Mobility Work mainly for put an end to the numerous losses of information caused by the use of Excel to manage maintenance. This choice was also in response to a desire to “go professional”.
A simple and quick implementation
According to Didier Rascle, the implementation of Mobility Work CMMS was very simple: “the ease of import and the support for it are a major strength of Mobility Work; with The CSV was magical, in one day it was folded“.
In addition, the maintenance technicians immediately adhered to the application: “the first feedback from the teams is that the application is Ultra fun“.
What are the main advantages of Mobility Work for a robotics startup?
Above all, Didier Rascle highlighted the time savings made possible by the use of our CMMS application: “technicians do not need to search, they have all the information (tasks, schedules, meetings...) in a single application that is very easy to use. You also save a lot of time for meetings, you don't need to go back to each task done because you have all the reports in the application.”
Our speaker also emphasized the ease of creating tasks, whether in a web version, on a computer, or on a smartphone.
He also noted “lots of super interesting little options that make it easy to manage things”, including labels. “I have two sites, the labels are really useful for me to know which site which equipment belongs to”, he said.
