CMMS news: security, checklists and research | July 2020

Each month, Find on our blog a summary of the news brought to the CMMS software (computer-aided maintenance management) Mobility Work. The last few weeks have been an opportunity for our teams to focus on securing the application. At the same time, we are announcing a set of new features that have recently arrived on the platform !

Optimized checklists

Thanks to recent deployments, checklists have been improved. You can create as many as needed and then add them to your tasks to detail all your maintenance operations and better organize yourself. It is therefore now possible to use more than 30 steps per checklist.

We are also continuing to improve the functionality and new options will be available in the coming weeks.

Easily find your equipment

Following feedback from our user community, we have improved the search for equipment. Now, when search results are displayed, spare parts and equipment are separated. In addition, these results are now presented in the form of a table, which you can sort, download, filter...

Find your suppliers in the CMMS

The Mobility Work maintenance management platform allows its users to find, in a few clicks, the suppliers they want to use. Their profiles and products are accessible from the Supplier Catalogs menu or the search.

Users always have the possibility to duplicate the equipment they are interested in, to consult their technical documents and to contact, if necessary, the suppliers present in the CMMS.

Find your suppliers in the CMMS

Go to the Dashboard menu to get an overview of all your maintenance data. Whether you need information about the operating time of your machines, your teams, the most practiced operations, etc.: this tool aggregates all the data you need to draw up reports and adapt your maintenance strategy.

Thanks to the new features available in CMMS, the filter panel has been improved and you now benefit from an “and/or” option on users and labels, all in order to obtain more accurate results.

This makes it much easier for you to use the dashboard and gather the data you really need.
