Mobility Work provides you with Excel templates to allow you to customize the analysis of your data and transmit them to other departments in your company.

Many users of a CMMS want to be able to export their maintenance data in Excel to rework them in their own way. Even though Mobility Work provides numerous indicators, some maintenance managers appreciate being able to analyze their data in a spreadsheet in order to adjust formulas by integrating existing parameters into the application.

In particular, these templates provide access to fundamental maintenance indicators such as Pareto.

These Excel templates also allow company departments that do not use Mobility Work but need certain data, such as accounting for example, to be able to use this data easily.

This is why we provide our users with several Excel templates that will allow them, by a simple export of their maintenance data present in the Mobility Work application, to easily have numerous fundamental maintenance indicators in a spreadsheet or to transmit this data to other departments in their company.

Find now in the category Analytical templates from the Help Center of your application templates that will allow you to:

• to obtain a list of tasks to be carried out, for example for an external service provider;
• to obtain a list of activities;
• to calculate the pareto of cost and equipment centers by intervention time;
• to calculate the pareto of cost and equipment centers by number of tasks;
• to calculate the pareto of cost centers, equipment and tasks by number of activities;
• to compare the attendance time and the intervention time entered in the application.
