CMMS news: export your labels, duplicate your checklists and find suppliers | July 2021

Each month, you will find a summary of the new features that have appeared in our CMMS software. This month, we're presenting the export of labels and user lists, the duplication of checklists, a search for tasks and activities in the cost center selector, and a new supplier search feature.

Export your labels and the list of users in your network

You can now export your labels and the list of users on your network in XLS format. To do this, simply click on the “Download” button on the “Labels” screen or in the “Colleagues” screen.

Duplicate your maintenance checklists

To save you time, we added the possibility of duplicating checklists. To do this, go to the “Checklists” menu then click on the “Duplicate” icon of the checklist you want to duplicate in the “Actions” column.

Find tasks and activities more easily

To meet the demands of many users, the cost center selector has been improved to make it easier to find tasks or activities.

In addition, a new filter allows you to search for tasks by creator.

Easily find a new spare parts supplier

A new supplier search feature is now available in your CMMS application. You can thus find new suppliers for your spare parts thanks to Mobility Work.
