Equipment and spare parts archiving

It is now possible To archive equipment and spare parts.

Available from the premium plan, this feature allows you to archive equipment and spare parts without deleting them and thus keeping their history, and you can reintegrate them into your database at any time.

Any tasks assigned to this equipment or spare parts that are still in progress or in the future will be removed. All maintenance plans will be archived. Links with other equipment or spare parts will also be removed.

In the filters you can now access the option “'include equipment or spare parts that are archived” in your search.

API

Creation of labels

Now it is possible to use the Label code in the API to create tasks.
So you can use either the label ID or the code.

Now, tasks created via the public API can inherit equipment labels.

Cancelling tasks en masse

In the task tab, when you click the “Change task status” button, the option “Cancel” has been added.

By clicking on this button, you will change the status of all tasks displayed as well as those that match your search to “Cancelled”.
