The role of the CTO in the ISO 27001 certification process

Obtaining ISO 27001 certification is now essential for companies that, like Mobility Work, have the ambition to guarantee maximum data security for their customers. Through a few short videos, we look back at the process that allowed us toobtain ISO 27001 certification.

Today, our CTO Boris Guéry introduces us to the role he played in this process.

The pilot role of the CTO in obtaining the IS0 27001 certification

Boris Guéry explains that, as CTO, he played a steering and coordinating role in the Mobility Work certification process. It has thus supported the implementation of tools that make it possible to ensure the proper management of all processes and internal procedures in order to comply with the ISO 27001 standard. He also accompanied the RSSI pilot throughout the process.

The benefits of ISO 27001 certification

For Boris Guéry, certification was an opportunity for internal work to formalize documentation, identify roles within the company and develop the ability to structure the documentary database. This allowed Mobility Work to acquire great maturity in the organization of the company and to make all employees aware of best practices concerning security. These achievements are all the more important as our company operates in the relatively critical field of maintenance, which requires us to ensure great information security for our customers.
