SOCAPS offers Mobility Work users 5 different types of industrial services, directly accessible in their CMMS software:
- Mechanic or electrician : assists other technicians on site to carry out simple work under the supervision of a senior technician. This rate also applies to training;
- Expert technician having skills in robotics either in programming or in site operations;
- Electromechanic and Automation Engineer : is responsible for an intervention without other technicians to manage for a specific installation or mission and communicates with the customer;
- Supervisor/process engineer : is able to coordinate complex site activities independently. He can be an expert for automation, site management, processing activities. It can also train other technicians;
- Electromechanic : can carry out simple interventions (maintenance) and will be in contact with the customer. Maybe on difficult projects (retrofit, machine installation...) under the supervision of an expert technician.
