CMMS news: easily visualize your spare parts stocks and the distribution of your expenses | December 2021

Each month, you will find a summary of the new features that have appeared in our CMMS application. This month, we're presenting you with the ability to visualize your spare parts inventory at a glance, new shortcuts to access essential functions, and a graphical view of the breakdown of expenses by cost center.

Check the status of your spare parts inventory at a glance

You can now consult the detailed status of your spare parts stocks by hovering over the corresponding icon. You can also change the stock and enter a restock by clicking on the icon on the far right.

New shortcuts for easier access to essential features

From any page in your web application, you can directly access the following features using the shortcuts at the top of the side menu:

• create a task;
• create equipment;
• create a spare part;
• invite a colleague.

Visualize the distribution of costs graphically

The distribution of maintenance expenses can now be visualized as a graph in the “Expense Analysis” tab of the Dashboard, by clicking on the icon
