Mobility Work: “Since when have you been using Mobility Work, and what were your first impressions?

Michel Huet, site manager at SPIE: I have been using Mobility Work since the start of my mission at FMGC. When I arrived, the tool had already been integrated into the factory's maintenance routines.

At first, I was a little bit stressed about this brand-new tool that I had never used before, but it didn't last very long. As soon as I connected, I discovered the easiest and most effective SPIE CMMS. I was able to start using it immediately, the training was carried out over time, according to changes in the system. The interface is very clear, ergonomic and intuitive: this allowed me to simplify my processes, as well as my schedule for new works and maintenance assistance.

What are the advantages of Mobility Work?

Michel Huet : As a site manager, I am responsible for complying with quality control procedures and safety inspections in order to limit risks. I have to react quickly and my schedule is very tight. I also have to coordinate and supervise the workers, as well as choose the tools and materials that are essential for the smooth running of maintenance operations. Thanks to Mobility Work, I can easily organize and monitor the work of the team. In my opinion, the most interesting feature is tracking, finding and managing the stock of necessary tools and materials. This is generally a painstaking and time-consuming process. I am impressed by the time savings that Mobility Work allows.

MW: Are you happy with Mobility Work's support service?

Michel Huet : I have no opinion on the subject because I have never had to use it since I started using this maintenance software.

MW: What are your future plans for Mobility Work?

Michel Huet : I am sincerely convinced of the immense potential of this product, and I intend to continue to discover all its functionalities. In the future, I would like developers to be able to set up an interaction between the work done by external companies, invoicing and current orders. This would further improve communication between SPIE CMMS and FMGC.
