CMMS: Mobility Work at Setforge Near Net

Aurélien Deutsch, maintenance manager at Setforge Near Net, had been looking for a new CMMS for some time. He and his team were not satisfied with the tool in place at the time because of its lack of modernity, simplicity and flexibility. Aurélien Deutsch wanted an intuitive and economical solution, which required no additional training for his team so that they could exploit all the possibilities. Then Mobility Work came along.

Aurélien Deutsch and his team have set up the CMMS Mobility Work July 6, 2016. It only took them 2 days and a half to register all 200 machines in the factory. Since then, they have always been using this maintenance management software and continue to explore and integrate all features and the latest updates into the factory maintenance routine.

Interview with Aurélien Deutsch and two of his collaborators, Etienne Lecaillon, maintenance method technician, and Michel Szuszmann, electrician : Is Mobility Work easy to use? What place does this maintenance management software occupy within your maintenance team?

Simplified equipment maintenance

Aurélien Deutsch : “It's still hard to believe that it's so easy to register equipment and add a task to it. You can search like on a search engine such as Google. You can also integrate an NFC chip on the equipment, scan it directly and get all the information directly on your mobile.

Mobility Work CMMS is so intuitive and easy to use that the whole team has directly adopted it and uses it on a daily basis. It makes them want to add information, descriptions, images, and videos; they're adding more and more data, references, and spare parts. They put their creativity at the service of maintenance.”
