Finding the right CMMS for your company is not always easy. Jonathan Cornier, maintenance manager at Cuisines Morel in Allinges (74), appreciates the ease of use of Mobility Work. Working for the kitchen designer for 7 years, he is in charge of the repair and maintenance of machines, buildings and the reconformity of electrical reports. To carry out its missions successfully, a CMMS software efficient is therefore essential.

Mobility Work: “How did you find out about Mobility Work CMMS?

Jonathan Cornier: “When I arrived at Morel kitchens, I have implemented preventive maintenance. Some time ago, the workshop director and I thought of introducing a CMMS, preferably a simple tool to implement, to avoid the gas factory. It was therefore by chance, thanks to an advertisement, that we came to test the application via the trial period. My first feeling was that this CMMS was very easy to use. This is how the adventure with Mobility Work began.

How long did it take to deploy the solution before it was fully effective in the factory?

This did not take a lot of time, as the number of equipment in our factory is quite limited. It took me six months to deploy the solution before it was fully effective in the factory, since at the time I was alone in maintenance and did not necessarily have time to work on it. In six months I had integrated the complete machine park and developed my preventive maintenance plans on it.

What convinced you to try the solution?

I like the ease of use of the maintenance solution, but also and especially the tab Diary : it allows me to easily find all the tasks I have to do every week, every month. This tab allows us to visualize what we have to do.

With Mobility Work CMMS software, maintenance teams organize their working day using the calendar.

I also like the fact that it is simple to integrate equipment: you select it and add a photo to visualize it; each task to be performed can be integrated into it, you can also enter data, which brings out easily usable statistics.

What are, in your opinion, the daily advantages of this community platform?

We chose Mobility Work to get a feeling about the reliability of the machines. The application allows me to have a history and statistics that give me valuable information on the operation of the machines. This information allows better management of the machines.

What is the feature that you use the most and that you can't live without?

As I said, the agenda is a valuable tool in my opinion, which allows me to save time, to better organize myself, to reduce the loss of information, etc. But it is true that today, there are still only three colors on the Agenda tab: for completed, late and future tasks. For example, one could imagine assigning a new color only for scheduled maintenance plans.

Administrators have access to a planner, which allows them to see the calendar of several technicians in the same place and to organize their days in the best possible way!

In fact, the maintenance plans have become just as indispensable to me: they allow me to plan preventive maintenance throughout the year, on all equipment. Part of this preventive maintenance is carried out by operators using the sheets available on the workstations. The other part, when the task is more technical or less accessible, is carried out by our department thanks to maintenance plans, which I have integrated into the software.

Have you already been in contact with our teams?

Yes it happens to meuse email via the bubble Intercom when I have questions: I get answers very quickly. For the most blocking points, teams may need more time, especially if the source of the problem is unknown.

What are your company's future plans for the solution?

I would like to integrate machine spare parts into the software. To do this, we would have to do a lot of work: it's a big project, but I know that the software allows it.

On a daily basis, it is impossible for us to integrate data after data, it would take us too much time. This is also why we chose Mobility Work: its ease of use and its speed of execution of tasks represent an incredible gain of time.”
