A rapid and supported deployment process
Jérôme Delpanque first drew up an inventory of maintenance management in the Luchin area before the adoption of Mobility Work CMMS: no CMMS, intervention management on Excel, the difficulty of managing all facility management and teams under these conditions, and the resulting loss of time and information.
He then detailed the process of deploying the Mobility Work application, including the following steps:
- import and integration equipment and buildings;
- organizing data, integration of QR codes and creation of labels and groups of labels;
- Points of tracking the progress of the project with CSM Mobility Work;
- extension of the use of CMMS to all facility management and in particular to external service providers and subcontractors.
