The confidentiality of your data and the security of your documents are one of our priorities. Thanks to Mobility Work CMMS, you can add technical documentation of your machine on your equipment sheet. You can also add the details of your interventions as an attachment (photo, video, intervention report, etc.).

How to manage confidentiality in CMMS?

Mobility Work CMMS allows users to choose the level of confidentiality that they want to grant to the documents added in the application. When you choose to add documents to a task or equipment, you can select the level of confidentiality you want to give to these documents.

After uploading the file to the app, click on the globe icon to choose between the “public” and “private” mode. For added security, privacy options vary according to the types of profiles. For example, a production profile cannot add documents to equipment or change the level of confidentiality.

All of this data is stored securely in the Mobility Work cloud. However, only you can choose to share your documentation. For this, there are 3 levels of confidentiality in our community maintenance management platform: my factory, my industrial group and the community. You are free to share your maintenance plans, photos, specifications, etc. with your entire factory or not. You also have the option of selecting the “private” mode at any time.
