What exactly should I duplicate?

Before creating equipment, you can find out if it already exists on our community maintenance management platform. To do this, you can enter certain keywords, such as the name, reference, manufacturer and category of the equipment, in the Mobility Work search bar. You will thus obtain several types of results:

• if the equipment has already been created by a member of your network, it will appear in the “results of your network”;
• if the equipment has already been created and made public by another user in the Mobility Work community, this user will appear in the “community results”;
• if the equipment comes from the manufacturer's or supplier's catalog, it will appear in the box on the right of the screen, in the “official catalog”.

Mobility Work is a maintenance management platform open to suppliers of consumables and equipment, which allows them to put their company profile online and add their product catalog to the Official Mobility Work Catalog.

How do I duplicate an official product to add it to my network?

Once your equipment is found in the official equipment catalog, click on its name or photo to view detailed information (name, brand, reference, image, description, documents, documents, latest ratings and comments added by the community). The “access supplier profile” link will allow you to directly access the official supplier profile.

Click on “duplicate equipment” from the search or on the product sheet in order to duplicate the equipment and add it to your network.
