Export your data in Excel or PDF format from your CMMS

How do I export my maintenance data from my Mobility Work CMMS?

There are several ways to do this:

• Extract a list of interventions from the search function of the maintenance application. Filter your maintenance data according to the criteria of your choice (stakeholders, cost center, labels, start date, end date, operations from a maintenance plan, equipment, sub-assemblies, etc.). Then click on the “download” button to retrieve your work orders in PDF, XLS and CSV formats.

• Extract a list of equipment from the list of your machines. Filter your data using various criteria (equipment with the “regulatory” label for example; scheduled maintenance plan; intervention by such technician; mechanical intervention in progress, etc.), and download this list in PDF, XLS and CSV formats.
• Extract a list of spare parts according to several criteria, such as location, price or stock value. For example, you can extract the List of spare parts that cost less than 1000 euros, and whose quantity is less than the minimum stock value, all in PDF, XLS and CSV formats.

Access to the database, SQL queries, etc. are part of the daily routine of maintenance managers using conventional CMMS software.
