For example, if you are looking for a car spare parts store in Nantes, you no longer need to click on “Nantes”, then “list of stores”, “automotive spare parts” and finally “automotive spare parts store offering axles for drive shafts”. Instead, simply type in the search bar “spare parts for Nantes driveshaft shaft”.

In the Mobility Work Maintenance Solution, each equipment sheet includes: a photo of the machine, its name, description and the cost center with which it is associated. The cost center corresponds to the geographical or financial area of the workshop or equipment. Very often, this field is provided by the accounting department and is also available in your ERP.

In the description field, you can fill in all the information you want, in the order of your choice. This information will be useful keywords for your next searches. Let's take another example: if you search from your maintenance solution for a Leroy Somer LS 90 1.8 kW engine, all Leroy Somer motors with the mention “1.8 kW” specified in their description will be suggested to you.

The Mobility Work Search Engine allows you to find your equipment in one click, and to access the results of your network and the community.

The description also includes sub-equipment and components associated with the equipment. Let's go back to the case of the Leroy Somer engine. Here you can add information about the sector or the conveyor number. So, if you enter “conveyor motor 63" in your maintenance management software, you will find the Leroy Somer motor.

Create your equipment sheets automatically

Mobility Work CMMS 4.0 allows you to create your equipment sheets in a few moments thanks to the “Duplicate equipment” function. To do this, the maintenance solution is based on existing data added by other members of its community: manufacturers, suppliers or maintenance professionals.

How to Take Advantage of It? Enter the name of the desired equipment in the search bar, and find it among the public facilities. Simply click “Duplicate Equipment” to automatically duplicate all the information from this equipment into your asset management software and add the equipment to your own database. Then personalize your equipment by adding additional information.

General information, plans, recommendations: take advantage of manufacturer reliability! Mobility Work also offers you the possibility of Copy the equipment of our suppliers and official retailers, which appears on the right side of your screen in the search. This feature also allows manufacturers to benefit from valuable user feedback, and thus to improve their products and optimize their communication. The more equipment the maintenance management software database contains, the easier it will be for users to duplicate them.

Maintenance and data protection application

Private or public, Mobility Work offers you the possibility to determine the level of confidentiality of your equipment. However, for security reasons, neither the name of the company nor the patronymic of the employees are displayed, even for public facilities.

The importance of labels in Mobility Work

When adding equipment to your 4.0 CMMS, it is essential to consider that companies sometimes use different terms to refer to the same equipment. That's why we recommend that you add as many keywords as needed after your equipment name. This will allow you to broaden your search results.

Our maintenance management software suggests predefined labels allowing you to associate your equipment to a category or a group. For example, when a label is associated with reference equipment, each intervention created on this equipment will inherit the same label. This feature makes daily maintenance operations much easier. Technicians can thus filter their searches according to a given label, or even create a maintenance plan with all equipment with the same label.

How do I connect my equipment to my ERP?

Thanks to Mobility Work, you can also manage your spare parts from your 4.0 CMMS or your ERP. You can easily link your ERP parts to your 4.0 maintenance solution using an external reference or by integrating the item code of the equipment. Thus, the maintenance team can automatically update the main information on spare parts stored in your ERP such as location or quantity.
