Since 1926, the Swiss company Unisto, specialized in plastic injection, has been putting its experience at the service of the development of innovative security seals. To professionalize its maintenance, the Unisto France factory chose Mobility Work CMMS. Morgane Aubry, Maintenance Manager since January 2023, agreed to review everything that Mobility Work CMMS brings to Unisto.

- What are the main maintenance challenges specific to your sector and your business?
The main challenges we face include the implementation of a new CMMS, the complete reorganization of the spare parts stock in our new premises and the implementation of Preventive Maintenance thanks to our new Mobility Work CMMS.

- How did you manage your maintenance before starting to use Mobility Work?
Before we discovered Mobility Work, we were using outdated software to manage our spare parts store. This primarily involved a curative maintenance approach.

- How did the adoption phase of Mobility Work take place in your company?
During the presentation of Mobility Work with Mr. Shivam Saigal, I was immediately seduced by the content offered. The solution offered exactly what I was looking for: effective failure management, optimized management of spare parts, the possibility of generating simple or regulatory maintenance plans, as well as Pareto indicators to implement preventive maintenance. The benefits are numerous and the results are guaranteed.

- In your opinion, what are the strengths of Mobility Work?
- Its annual price is very affordable for “1 administrator and 2 technicians”.
- You can invite “Production” profiles without any increase in the monthly cost (free of charge).
- You have the possibility to visualize the costs by equipment.
- Mobility Work offers valuable assistance in managing the costs associated with the stock of spare parts.

- What improvements would you like to see to make the Mobility Work experience even better?
Have the ability to place orders for items from the spare parts management (by displaying a list of parts below the minimum existing stock). And also, the addition of an indicator for the total cost of spare parts inventory in the “Spare parts” tab of the dashboard.

A big thank you to Ms. Morgane Aubry for taking the time to answer our questions!
