Manage your users and easily set up your CMMS

Configuring users in traditional CMMS software is often a complicated step. Between the creation of user profiles, the establishment of user groups and the allocation of user rights for each feature, the number of days lost configuring is significant.

How to set up your Mobility Work CMMS?

The user experience is at the heart of Mobility Work's mission. That's why we decided to simplify the configuration for theadding users and managing access rights in our community maintenance management platform.

First of all, a new user can be added using the “add” button on the home page. Then, if your user has an email address, they will receive a message allowing them to register. If the user does not have an email address, you can register it using a code validation system.

Then, to regulate the various accesses to the functionalities of Mobility Work CMMS, all you have to do is choose your user's profile from among the different levels of administration :

  • The “Administrator” level Allows you toadd and remove equipment, tasks, activities, and to change user permissions;
  • The “Technician” level Allows users to add and assign tasks and activities This status does not allow you to modify the equipment, or to add labels, or to modify the permissions of the users;
  • The “Production” level allows you to visualize the activities of your network and to create production requests for the attention of the maintenance manager or technicians, according to the internal work validation circuit. You can add as many production profiles as you want, these will not be invoiced and are included in the Mobility Work subscription;
  • The “Service Provider” level allows you to transmit your maintenance interventions to your external service providers. They will only have access to interventions and information concerning them. The external company management module will allow you to draw up an overview of each intervention carried out by external companies on your site, and to be able to assign them a score based on the following criteria: cost, quality, safety and deadlines.

All of these profiles should allow you to cover all potential services (maintenance, new works, safety, quality, quality, production, production, finance, human resources, etc.) who could have access to CMMS.

Subsequently, you can complete the personal information concerning each of the Mobility Work CMMS users: email address, telephone number, profile photo, or a logo if it is an external company. You can also tag your users in order to group them according to a specific criterion. For example, it is possible to Tag your mechanics, your electricians, or all stakeholders with a fire license or a specific electrical authorization. Thus, you can plan a maintenance plan or a simple intervention for a particular user group. Each of the technicians present in the group will be notified of the work to be carried out and of its progress.

Finally, you can remove a user while still being able to keep the history of their events. You can therefore keep your network up to date without altering the history of your community maintenance management platform.
